I'm George, co-founder of ACEsCORE Tech Group, a technology advisory firm for public-sector organizations and nonprofits. I advise on cloud and modernization strategy, deliver workshops, and mentor emerging professionals. My mission is simple: make technology work for people, not the other way around. I believe the best solutions come from understanding both the technical challenge and the human story behind it.

 

I've managed server rooms in local & federal government agencies, and I've led and supported architecture reviews and workshops at two of the largest cloud & AI providers: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft (Azure). My tech journey has taken me through nonprofits, education, satellite operations, human services, advertising, finance, and healthcare & life sciences. Along the way, I've led teams through complex migrations, security improvements, and disaster recovery & business continuity planning.

 

Originally from Prince George's County, Maryland, I bring DMV (DC, MD, VA) energy to everything I do: direct, authentic, and community-first. As a philanthropist, public speaker, and former Community Board Member of Amazon's Black Employee Network of New York Metro, I'm passionate about creating pathways for underrepresented voices in tech. I've discovered that my greatest impact comes not from the systems I build, but from the people I elevate. And that experience has proved the proverb: we can go faster alone, but we go much farther together.

 

When I'm not building or speaking about the future of technology, you'll find me at comedy shows and Broadway theaters, or traveling the world. The best solutions, whether technical, professional, or personal, come from a well-rounded perspective.
